Thats slightly bizarre, as Skoda do not do a 85 SL+ (non-x). all sportlines are now 85x, everything else is an 85 edition, 85 L&K or 85 vRS
It’s been mentioned in this thread many times. Skoda publication revealed that orders for 80 SL+ should be converted to an 85 SL+, and orders for an 80 without Clever pack should be converted to an 85 base spec, not Edition. Neither car technically exists in the UK, certainly not as a new factory order, but they have/are being manufactured. To caveat this, Skoda haven’t been following this religiously as some 80 SL+ have been converted to 85x SL+, and some base spec 80’s have been converted to 85 Editions.
