I’m new in scheme. Been awarded high rate for a first time as my condition went worse. My dealer said they can’t do anything if AP will go lower as they once asked notability and been told that they have sick with the price which was on time when ordering.

thank you ! I am more than sure will have still lots of questions. Now probably about EV charger. Car was ordered today midday so hopefully someone will contact this week? Do you know if it is possible to have someone form motability/ Ohme to do the survey as I am not fit enough to do all they want especially measure all distance.

There’s a great bunch on here, thats always happy to help with any questions or anyhing your unsure of in the future!In my view a customer let alone a disabled one, shouldn’t be asked to carry out a survey, just so they can put what they believe to be the maximum demand into a “guess o meter” based on what a customer has told them, what they think is right.
I can imagine what a customer would tell me, if I told them to take photo’s measure where the chargers going and what the appliaces are rated at. I’d quite rightly guess they tell me to off!
In answer to your question, there will be a box where you can request a survey by them 🙂
