Does anyone know the rules regarding roof racks, ie for bikes/kayaks on motability?

Any suggestions for such a rack that could come on/off every now and then? (if they even exist)

Basically anything that’s not fitted at the factory needs approval. Just give them a call or live chat with them.

I’ve used roof racks on all my Motability cars with no problem.

It’s not a permanent change to thecar, so Motability are not bothered.

However, just like any optional extras you add to your car, there is no insurance coverage.
