    What a surprise, the anti ev press lies. SMMT, the body for automotive traders, shows BEV sales in September were 45,323, an increase from last year’s 38,115, an increase of 18.5% Year to date BEV shows sales of 238,544, up from 175,614, an increase of 35.8%.

    The point of the poster was not to slag EV’s off, rather would it mean more choice of electric vehicles on the scheme!

    Of course your figurers look commending but, as always you miss the vital point. That is the market share they hold, which is currently 18%.

    Fleets drive expansion during ‘new plate month according to the SMMT, with motorist support needed to reverse falling private consumer EV demand.
