I took my ariya in this morning for some pre booked work, anyway I walked up to the service desk and told them it was booked in, okay they said and went away, so I stood there for ten minutes or so and I thought it doesn’t usually take this long and was just about to have a moan when they came back and said “ sorry sir but it seems it’s booked in”tomorrow, we have tried to get it in this morning but we are fully booked.”
I did feel a bit of a dickhead on the way out.?
