I went to my local BMW dealer to look at the Active Tourer but, the one in the showroom had been sold and collected. I was told another will be in the showroom within 6-8 weeks and factory orders are 12-16 weeks.
Although the 2 seies Active Tourer is the outlier within BMW, they still sold nearly 500,000 of the pre facelift 2023 model. The UK was one of its biggest buyers.
I find it odd you were told BMW UK have insufficient build slots and wondered if it was your dealer has told you this?
Have you been given an internal order number or any status codes like 47 or 111?
