Strange
Looks normal to me
Was told that white box manages the amount of energy being drawn at any one time
Still think the box should have been walled fixed and not simply jammed behind an earth cable ( have @ them )
Thanks all for all the great feed back and I suppose its now just a case of carry on and use the charger and wait and see if anything concerning unfolds.
In any event my car will not need to be charged more than 6hrs a week and I will never have to charge over night
