Stellantis group were/are known for it and one of the worse. However they did remove the top trim level after cars were coming through with bits missing such as heated seats i cockpit etc.
What ever you order download a brochure for reference. If items are missing at time of deliver that are say important to you, you can cancel the car prior to putting your PIN in. Its also worth keeping in regular touch with your dealer for delivery updates along with if they are aware of any bits missing.
