Hi Laura I’m confused Motability have agreed to it, yet your case manager spoke the dealership saying you can’t have the car!
I think Motability are open until today untill 5pm, Give them a call first to find out is there any issues with your order or are there any notes on the system that they are aware of, as the dealer has rang saing your car has supposedly been canceled.
I find it odd your grants manager didn’t email, if she had apparently rang and couldn’t get hold of you and contacted the dealer, rather than getting Motability to cancel it.
