This would be a real shame as the X-trail is our current favourite. DWP dragged their feet for 18 months before finally capitulating at tribunal, and now can’t process the award very fast. So still don’t have the award, and therefore can’t get to the dealer today. Reading through this forum how dealers treat MB customers and the delays many are facing; I wish we had the money to run one on PCP and skip the drama. Thought the HR award+MB would be the end of transport worries, not the start of new ones!
