    Thanks @Mike700. Useful info and I’m pleased to hear that first impressions of the QQ are favourable. It’s certainly a lovely looking car IMHO. We were also averaging around 37mpg in our last Tiguan, which I thought was very poor. I was running a private BMW 520d at the same time and getting around 10mpg better from that, even though it was a bigger car. Our current petrol BMW X1 2.0i 4WD is far more economical than our diesel Tiguan, averaging 44mpg (42mpg in these cold months), which just goes to show how far off the pace VW are! Let’s hope that the Nissan ecoPower setup is more economical for you and that, like us, you get a double win of better miles per gallon and considerably cheaper fuel. It was Mrs GG who persuaded me to make the switch from diesel, but I’m very glad that she did now!
