Hello All I see there are new posts and new members telling us about their wait times. We have had ours 20 weeks and just hit 4000 miles. Total cost £64 that includes a week away. My point is, it’s worth the wait. As others will tell you. Frustrating I know, but worth it. Now that the weather is somewhat cooling down my range has dropped to 360 on a full charge. But that is still decent. Starting to use the heater as well now, not for long though, as it seems to warm up rapidly. Which is good. Absolutely loving it. My wife and I have said, that in three years if the Kona EV is not on the scheme, we shall keep our Kona for five years or in till something with the same range comes along. I trust and hope you are all well and staying safe and those who have your new EV’s are loving them, those who haven’t, hang in there, it really is worth it. ????
We have covered 1250 miles in around 7 and a 1/2 weeks. It’s cost £17, in reality less as the car was fully charged on collection and have used a freebie Tesco’s charger twice. That’s the equivalent to a couple of gallons of fuel. As I said previously electric really only works with home charging and cheap overnight charging for those covering a “decent ” mileage.
