Got a call from Motability yesterday afternoon after I filled in a complaint form.
Told them I couldn’t accept their taxi offer because I’d run up a bill in the thousands very quickly, if its £52 min for every journey said couldn’t have that on my conscience she said she understood.
We’re going to reassess situation Monday once we know what’s wrong with the car & how long it’ll be away for but if I’m in a loaner for awhile they need to find an automatic & stop being awful about it, if there’s not one at Norwich Airport then get one from somewhere else.
They’ve intimated they may contribute towards fuel costs as part of an apology for not giving me any suitable support & dropping me in the poo
