Some time ago one of the government committees write a paper about the amount of money being held by Motability and the large bonuses being paid to Motability Operations executives. As fas as I know nothing much seems to have happened as a result of this, it just seems to have disappeared into the long grass. Meanwhile, as of April 2022, advanced payments are going through the roof and many vehicles are no longer being listed.
I would be interested in other views.
