Sorry to hear that. No I have not heard anything, he will be contacting me in around 4 weeks to advise.
He did say, not heard differently, that it should be here August – November this year, which I am fine with. Again, he has not advised me it will be 12 months and I have had confirmation that it was oreder around 2 weeks ago.
If you check on the My Account, sign in then New Car Application bit of Motability website, you can see if the vehicle has been ordered. I would wait until tomorrow and call the dealer, ask for the Mota specialist, then just ask him if the car was ordered. However, it can take 24-48 hours for Mota to approve the new car application, however, mines took around 15 minutes by the time they completed the Mota application until I received an email to confirm it was ordered through the dealer.
