Doesn’t surprise me, I’m sure most are installed correctly but as an example due to a tiny ‘public path’ (only 1 house next to us who never uses it) the grant was rejected. So I phoned around and got quotes, one bloke came round and thought he was fitting it straight away and was half the price. I didn’t go for it as I didn’t trust him.
