Hi @ChrisK I also keep a scooter in the boot of my Tiguan and use a hoist to lift it in. I can change next month, but have more or less decided to delay until next year. Can I ask what model scooter you have found to fit in the Kuga? I have a Lloyds-badged Drive Medical Explorer at present (which does mean that I lose to of the back seats, but not a problem most of the time). I have also been contemplating waiting to see if the face-lifted Allspace might appear next year. I managed to speak to a fellow scooter user a few ago when making a hospital visit. He had an Allspace an kept something very similar to the Electric Mobility Liteway 8 https://www.electricmobility.co.uk/products/liteway-8/10/ which he said he was able to lift in with a hoist, and didn’t lose use of the back seats. As you say “the things we have to do”! Cheers

    Hi Huffpuffin

The scooter I found is the Kymco K-Lite Comfort with all around suspension and is 102cm length wise. I take the seat of my scooter when I load it into the car so height isn’t important.

I’m not 100% sure it fits in a Kuga but something I’m got in mind should we not get back to something normal soon.

With regards to your link to the Liteway 8 the specs for that one says it has a length of 49.6” or 126cm in new money and would be hard pressed to get into an Allspace I would have thought never mind the SWB Tiguan or Kuga. Maybe I’m looking at the wrong model.
