Poor Motability advicer

      Was Supposed to pick up up my new car on Monday 14  but just rang the adaptions Company to be told  that they need to be told that the car is at  the dealership  so un till  the Motability advisor  tells them to come and fit them they can’t   which he can’t  till tomorrow as he’s on holiday   I wouldn’t   mind but the car has been there over a week and half  so Annoying

            I’m not getting stress but it just shows how car dealership salesperson worry about Motability customers if it as joe public say they would  make sure everything was right for the 14th but because it Motability it doesn’t matter

                I think you also need to bear in mind, yours wont be the only car they have to deal with.  They have until the 14th to have it ready for you.

                That said, I would make sure they are booking the adaption, realised that the VW I cancelled didnt have the adaptions we wanted listed when comparing to the Volvo application.
