There is a big difference between making a mistake and being an habitual offender, so how do you tell the difference between the two by people reporting an offence via dashcam or any other means.
Everybody makes mistakes in life, and in driving, but that doesn’t mean its OK, if you kill or severely injure someone does that make it OK because its a mistake?
Many older people become less compitant to drive, but they still do, and they become more likely to make mistakes, but just because someone thinks they are safe to drive doesn’t mean they are.
