i agree with southamman the real mpg is easily researchable for any vehicle these days its not as if its an unknown that cant be forseen. if something cant be researched before hand or by having a decent test drive then that should be allowed but something as basic as mpg no.
i do think some get blinded by the badge rather than getting something that fits their circumstances.
