You’re expected to live with the car for 3+ years.
Ensure that you’re comfortable with the car suits your needs and that your confident driving it.
Whilst I’m not condoning excessive speeds, we don’t know the exact speeds reached, whether the OP refers to triple figures in mph or kph, the location where the test drive took place (could have been Autobahn for all you know).
