Yeah I saw that bit. I’m just confused as to why they wouldn’t agree? I think there’s a law against putting a private plate on a car to make it look newer than it is (putting a 66 plate on a 2010 car for example) but other than that I can’t see why they wouldn’t allow it. Most of the other info on that page seems pretty standard stuff. You sort the replacement plates at the end etc which I think is fair enough
