There’s one thing I will agree with and that’s Blue Badge parking rules have become so confusing.
It use to be easy enough to work out because it was as simple as you could park on single / double yellows as long as there isn’t any curb drop bars or you cause a dangerous obstruction.
Then along came things like residences parking permits and the likes where on street signs say “permit holders only” and no mention of disabled parking. I bought this up with my local council but even now I’m not sure if I can park on streets where they have permit parking only .
