Unless you have a statement from Direct Line Insurance with your no claims bonus, you will have to enter the details as “Zero no claims bonus”. Try that and see what the figure gives you.
No need. It’s dead easy to get proof of No Claims history from Motability’s insurers. There’s even a button to request it on the Motability website!
Not so. The last insurer had the button as well, and I requested proof of no claims bonus and filled in the form before the handover to Direct line, but never received anything. Hopefully Direct Line are better than the last lot. Given that the no claims bonus will only apply to the years with Direct line, which is not much at all.
With RSAM, you had to phone and request proof of no claims.
