I’ve never had a timeslot service…ever. It is usually drop the car off at 9.00 pick up the courtesy car and get the car back at 5.00pm. Even when I had a private car, used to drop it off first thing to get repaired/ serviced/ MOT’d.. No timeslots nowaday.
Thanks for the reply but to say “No timeslots nowaday” just goes to show how misguided you are. As has been pointed out in another reply, Renault and a number of other dealerships do operate on a time slot basis. Also, I very much doubt if there are any such things as “courtesy cars” available any more. You do have to pay.
I only stated my experience with 3 different dealers, no need to go off on one. But courtesy cars or hire cars are the norm for us and never had to pay for one either.
