It’s a new company who are MCS accredited.
I don’t have a clue on what went wrong, they switched the isolater switches off, of which there are two, one for each array? when they switched both the isolators switches back on the inverter screen stated dark. He took the front face off it and checked various parts of it and checked the fuse box etc but nothing worked. The Aurora inverter doesn’t appear to have an on/off switch which I thought was strange.
The new FIT system uses only one of the mppt so I don’t know if that’s a problem. He said there was power coming from the solar panels but for some reason the inverter wouldn’t start up.
The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
