@Zero1 Keep in mind that the 43% increase is against a very low base. The more relevant figures are what percentage of new cars were EVs (20% – so only one in every 5 new cars sold) and what percentage of cars on our roads are currently EVs (4%). This is why the ZEV mandates remain unachievable!
