Pretty much what I had to do last night. When I finally went to bed the car was on about 58% as it had been charging for about 2-3hrs on and off from when I plugged in due to the App problems.
The App did say it was charging at the off peak rate but given it wasn’t working properly it may not have been so I paused it and waited until after 23:30 to continue. I added 35% to keep it under the 100% just in case it kept trying to overcharge or blew up!! 🙂
If I have to keep doing it this way it’s not a big problem, just means staying up until 23:30 before letting it charge. I can still plug in earlier just have to remember to start the App before I go to bed!
