Hi, did you look at the Motability website itself under ‘Your drivers’? Personally I can’t see a reason why a non driver is unable to nominate another person on PIP to drive the vehicle as long as they fit the age category, have a licence, etc.
I have looked on the motability website under ‘your drivers’ and I couldn’t see anything about it
