Hyundai are pretty good however, if your dealer won’t let you order in advance of your order date, you could always ask if they have any in the pipeline or availability at Tilbury docks you can put your name to, when your order date comes round. This typically speeds up delivery, as your not placing a new factory order and can be even quicker if there’s availability at the docks.
The other option is look on Autotrader at dealer stock within a range you are prepared to travel. Having more than one colour choice also helps,
