write to your local MP or visit them attend one of their surgeries and ask them to write to the DWP. the DWP will have to answer the correspondence from your MP within a quick timeframe and it will likely trigger the caseworker to make a decision on your case. I speak from my own experience. It enabled me to order a car. Good luck- hope you get a positive outcome.
