I would ignore the slant the Daily Fail papers add to their articles and for now take what @MFfillingham has posted, as the most accurate recent information.
Regards to the latest imformation from Liz Kendall, Wales online posted her response as being:
“Kendalls response suggested that taking the choice away from people receiving PIP as to how their spend their money was not in their plans. The consultation put out by the Conservatives received 1,600 responses and Ms Kendall said she was “very struck, particularly by the comments people made around shifting support to vouchers, where many organisations said their real concern was that it took away people’s autonomy – particularly when services are so stretched and tight.””
