@markah2007 Your Ohme App is showing you charger at V2.51. Your charger should be at V2.65. If you switch off the mcb to yor charger for 10 minutes and then switch it back on and see if it updates correctly. I had an email to do that from Ohme. It could that causing your problems. I also have “Enable config requests” switched on. I,m not sure but I reckon that lets Ohme check your chargepoint remotely. My one has always been switched to enable config requests. Also the tariff, is not set. But it shouldnt matter, it should go at full whack 7.4kWh as soon as its plugged in.
Enable Config requests, allows installers or Ohme to request access to make changes to the chargers configuration settings.

However, you would have thought by ringing Ohme, they would have said, we can’t can’t push notifications to your charger, have you got config requests enabled!
