If you try and take a photo of an internal commercial document, you could find yourself on the wrong side of the law. It is a data protected document, no doubt others will try to get you to do the dirty work and suffer the consequences. Have you even thought this through? If you try to use a stolen document to strengthen your case, in all likelihood you will be ejected from Hyundai and Motability. Have you considered your position on this??

no it would not cross my mind for 1 second,

if I get a hold of a document I’d happily post it, it would not be “stolen” either if the sales person gives you it to read and you take a picture it’s not theft either.

on another note it’s not possible for Motability to trace it either as your order would not be linked in anyway to a document like this, so there is no point in scaremongering

many things get “leaked” in many ways the police don’t even attend break ins or most shop lifting either so I don’t think they would be putting any effort into resolving who posted a document confirming people will be allocated an AWD Ioniq 5 or not

I won’t be entering into any other discussion on the legality of this or not, documents like this have been posted on the forum without issue too, if the manufacturer and Motability were better organised people would not need to do this to get clarity on their orders either.

    cheers
