@MissingSound7 The dealer has no say whatsoever about you cancelling. If that’s what you want to do then you are completely at liberty to cancel the order at any stage right up the minute before you enter your PIN number on the day you collect the car. Don’t be bullied by them. If they play silly buggers I’d tell Motability to cancel it on their system and let the dealer get landed with a car that they then need to offload. It infuriates me when sales people either don’t understand how the scheme works or just downright lie to people.
