Are you saying that you have seen the photo that the parking attendant took and you cannot see the blue badge? If so, I fear that you will just have to accept the fact that you might have been convinced that you displayed it but probably didn’t (or it wasn’t visible). You can appeal but are unlikely to get anywhere as you cannot prove it and, as has been said, is it worth the stress and anxiety?
We have returned to our car several times and found that we had inadvertently forgotten to display the blue badge, even though if you’d asked us we would have both sworn that we did. Luckily, on those ocassions we escaped a fine, but I’m sure it’s only a matter of time! It’s easily forgotten when (as in our case) you are messing around with wheelchairs and hoists. I’ve said to my wife numerous times that my job is to drive, get the wheelchair in and out of the boot, set-up and dismantle the person hoist and get her in and out of the car and all that she has to do is display the blue badge, yet the times she forgets to……..😡😂
