Des, I honestly can’t believe you’ve still got control of your temper. I’d be jumping down someone’s throat by now. I’d have driven to the dealership and parked it right outside the showroom with a large sheet of paper listing the problems in the windscreen.
I hope you can, at least, get some transport from somewhere.
