Have a look at @Phaedra‘s solution, he has a channel that runs just beneath the pavement, the cable slots into it. Think it’s called Kerbo. Not sure a three pin granny charger is a permanent solution. As @Oscermax says, @Kezo is the expert, I’m sure he will advise.
