Just had a call from Octopussy compliance guy, or expert.
He said the L2 and L3 cutouts are crossed, and they do not touch the DNO,s equipment.
The phase has to be correct going into the meter, and the crossed tails are corrected at the isolator.
They are go ing to send an engineer out to show me the isolator wiring is correct and change the labels on the cutout.
He said it happens quite a lot when the DNO are connecting the feeds on the street.
So, the phases should be aligned at the isolator.
I asked if the could put a sticker on the cutout as a heads up for any other sparky that is working on my electrics.
