Jojoe is correct, I added the Advanced pack. Would I do it again? no, not for £2035. The main thing I wanted from it was the upgraded sound system, in reality it’s not that much better than the standard one, certainly not a “premium” upgrade. As for the rest of the pack the only thing I’d miss would be the HUD as I find it very useful. The heated rear seats I don’t use as 90% of the time there’s usually only me and one of my kids in it. The heated windscreen has never been used or needed as you can pre-heat the car anyway so no de-icing needed. Not only should you get your £2035 refunded I’d ask for some sort of compensation for them buggering up the order, even if it’s just a set of mudflaps, better floor mats, boot liner etc etc.
