Yes it took 90 mins in end ,a barage of scam questions she had to go through, then system bank use to check validity of person you are paying ,went down so she had to call back when it was functioning, few more security again scam questions finally payment done ,90 mins, oh yes its all for protection of customer ,thats how was for me today, not straight forward at all. But look forward to new car with no more issues .
