Anyone having Ohme problems ….heads up
Firstly formally complained and tell dont ask Ohme to rectify this safety issue asap as its down to them as the main motorbility contractor
Chasing their Labyrinth of sub-contractors is not down to you Its bad enough eing told to do our own surveys imo
This initial stage as with all resolutions/complaints has to be undergone first ( you must first be seen to have allowed the main contractor Ohme to rectify)only a failure by Ohme to rectify in a reasonable time and way then allows you to esculate and as Kezo said above get the CEO of motorbility to help resolve ( worked 4 me)
Even if Ohme does sort this out still inform Motorbility CEO inc pic with full complaint.
lets all do our bit and keep Motorbility CEO in the loop about the cowboys out there
