Something I didn’t think of – at what point do you get the free home charge point installed – is it before or after you have revived your vehicle – if latter, what if the charge point cannot be installed.
Ohme will be given your details as soon as your order is confirmed. They should then contact you fairly quickly and start the survey process, initially asking for a bunch of information and pictures. If that suggests the install may be difficult they’ll send someone to survey and come to a sensible conclusion. That may be a slightly better plan or it might be a custom install where you’ll be required to pay towards the costs. If an install isn’t possible, they’ll let you know at that point. Because all that should happen before your car arrives, you can change your mind before putting your pin in.
