Yes that must be it Kezo as told me car will have sheet over it in showroom and needs 2 hours for paperwork and to show me controls etc
Don’t let it worry you mate, as its not the first time you have had dealings with the dealership and hope you enjoy the new car, as much as you have the current one 🙂
