Well seems everything ice I was looking at has gone up £500 or more. Seems very out of whack offering £50k electric cars for £500 ap but £20 odd k petrol cars have £2k+ AP’S
I agree, but manufacturers are struggling to shift EVs in the volumes that they need to meet their targets (private buyers just aren’t interested, with the overwhelming majority still sticking with ICE cars) so the only solution is the fleet market, such as Motability, and there are massive discounts to be had as a result. This is obviously great news for the minority of Motability customers who want an EV, and good luck to them, but sadly it seems to be at the expense of the majority who don’t!
