I got rear-ended in our galaxy (previous car) and was without it for 4 months.
The car went to the garage I got the car from to repair and sat with them, I was provided a hire car by motability as the garage didnt have a suitable car to loan.
I have 2 questions,
1. Is the car being repaired at the same place you got the car/where it would go for its service.
2. Why is the Hire Car company telling you how long it will be? Speak to motability and get them to provide a hire car from a new company
