Tbh I think there should be zero tolerance to this and drink driving, if caught instant ban
Drink driving, if convicted, is an automatic ban. The ‘exceptional hardship’ defence to a ban (mentioned earlier), which is extremely hard to achieve, does not apply to drink driving.
