My experience of using contact us – Brilliant service from Motablilty.
Sent message last Thurs re no longer have a local dealer for my MG (only 6 Months into lease).
Phone call from Motablity on Saturday, very understanding young lady agreed to terminate lease early and waiver early termination fee because:
1. It was not my fault.
2. Never had occassion to contact them before (MG is tenth car from Motability)
3. Previous cars returned in excellent condition and low mileage.
Stated I could order a replacement immediately, and sure enough when I checked online account at end of call I could start the process to submit new order.
