Skimask, £1150 for the world’s worst service – some has has their pants pulled down at Motability!
And that’s if they provide the cable that was ordered! Mine is still in the ether somewhere.
And how dare you complain about the service – we should be grateful. Had a call from Motability after an email complaint about the service asking if I wanted to escalate it with Ohme. Of course I do, but Motability have to shoulder much of the responsibility for letting Ohme get away with murder.
Like Rob – my experience and complaint (or moan as some put it!) is personal but I’m escalating it as high as I can to try and get remedial action and an improvement in the service. Half the users have had poor service – half seem happy. By any measure that not a good result and improvements will only happen if we stand up for ourselves.
