As @kezo says, I think Zapmap is probably best App for identifying charge points, but I do personally prefer journey planning on ABRP (A Better Route Planner)
WattsUp is another good one to consider – there are so many! Just choose the one that suits you best or check multiple Apps for peace of mind.
